For those who are proficient, warm up and complete a 10 Min EMOM of :30 of handstand walking and :30 of rest.

CONDITIONING

With a Partner Two Rounds for Reps

2 Min Calorie Row (Partner hangs from bar while other rows)

2 Min Max Rep Double Unders (Partner holds sandbag in chest hold)

2 Min Max Rep Shoulder to Overhead (155/105) (partner plank hold)

1 Min Rest
