Olympic Lifting 9:30AM
Gym will open at 9am for mobility warm up. You may lift outside, but not inside until 9:30 once our “Littles” class is over!
We are maxing out so get fired up! Everyone gets three attempts at the snatch and clean and jerk!

while one partner works through burpees the other partner completes
10 Toes to Bar
8 Handstand Push Ups
6 Deadlifts (275/185)
switch rounds of workout until all burpees are complete
