avatar Was having major difficulty raising up from and having to crash land in my chair today so just worked on progressions for Double Unders and ran with my two boys for their pre-season conditioning! My jump rope plain suck's as I do with DU's so I ordered a new one from Again Faster.

83#, 10 DUs....initially thought I would have to scale my DUs to 5, but I surprised myself and actually got 10 by the 17-24 sec mark in all rds. Still doing a double/single rhythm which sucks. So I'm nearly one year into xfit and I still have not mastered DUs and pullups....so frustrating

-messed up my wrist sometime last week so did 3 2.5pd KB swings and scaled the DU to 5. it's official, I can't do DU anymore.

First time to get DU's without having to do the extra two hops to start me! I need to try a 1RM again on power cleans, way too light. Thanks Coach Drew for keeping an eye on me. I solemnly swear to work on not crashing my shoulders.

I stink at DUs, so I didn't get 10 each set. About half of the sets, I got 10 DUs, the other half were 5-8 DUs per set.
