5 pull-ups (green band 10 rnds then added black for last 6 rnds. I really don't think the black band even did anything except mental help.)
10 knee push-ups
15 air squats

All together 16 rounds + 4 pull ups.

I'm pretty sure this is the first time vie ever done Cindy fully rx'd. I'm not thrilled with my number of rounds, because my push-ups were such a limiting factor.

i firmly believe this was my first time do cindy rx'd. i conveniently am busy when cindy rolls around. this workout is my nemesis.

As many rounds as possible in 20 min -
5 pull-ups (blue + skinny black bands)
10 push-ups (knees)
15 air squats

8 rounds plus 5 pull-ups. The bright side is that it can only get better from here.

Commentary:
Good news- finally able to complete a WOD with green band alone for pull-ups and had some strict push-ups worked in. Bad news- less rounds than my last Cindy....sigh. I could make up excuses but no real point to that I guess.
