Skin the cats 3-3-3-3-3

Handstand holds with shoulder touch
5 touches each side, back to wall

Toes to bar, 10-10-10-10-10 rest 120 sec between sets

Bottom 2 bottom Tabata squat

Post loads for TGU, notes on STC, notes on HS work, set breakages (if any) on TTB, and low score for B2B Tabata Squat to comments.

Skin the cats--4 sets of 3
Shoulder taps--yeah right! Could lift my hand about 1/4" off the floor--then my whole body came down. Pitiful.
Toes to the bar--3 sets of 10
Bottom to bottom score--12, and it was as miserable and painful as I remembered it would be.

Taking off my shirt was excruciating (shoulders). I would like to be put down now.

6:49 - Running is still very slow right now. this is just a guess, but it might have to do with the extra fat I both see and feel on my body right now. knowing is half the battle. or at least some part of the battle.

tire drags OK going forward...not so much going backward.

It is a gym--if you don't mind lifting around two garbage cans, the daughter's spare washer and dryer, a lawn mower and the Christmas decorations.

(And, I think I am now an agenda item at the neighborhood association's next meeting as a result of dragging a tire up and down the street.)
