avatar David and I spent the morning at Stacy's gym in Moore (CrossFit Exile) doing the "birthday beatdown" for our friend Mike's birthday workout. It was actually a workout for him and another for their birthdays--combined age 75. So, you guessed it...75 of 5 different exercises. Took awhile to actually get warm this morning, but it was a great visit to an awesome gym. Stacy--you've got a great group down there in Moore.

75 mountain climbers
75 one-armed DB power snatch (40/25)
75 push ups
75 v-ups
75 jumping goblet squats (25/18 )

David and I both did Rx'd. He finished in 19:22, I finished in 20:18 , I think.
