avatar Well, I did some of this workout.

30 second ring hold

WOD: 148# deadlifts and a total of 50 double unders. I had planned to do half, and on the first round that looked possible. Second round I got stuck at 10 so I did about 50 singles and moved on. Third round, I decided 15 was plenty. I will figure this double under thing out.
