14:54 on the workout with 20# DBs. Rx'd for non-competitors. I would still be at the gym if I had to do 75 DUs x 3 
Side planks--30 seconds at a time, but got them all in. Been awhile on the planks.

Deadlift--5-5-5, 75/80/85%, 193-203-213 which was close to the correct % for 255# 1RM, which is 7# more than my real 1RM. Nice to have you with me, Emily--but I'm sorry to have brought you down to my level... 
 
Now the WOD. Ugh! Decided to attempt the "competitors" weight since I am technically a competitor, though in the old person group. The hang power cleans at 95# were an energy suck that I just could not get over. Here's the ugly details... 
 
Round 1, 95#, almost made it unbroken, had to drop the bar and then do the last 2 jerks. 
Round 2, 95#, through 3 front squats, then dropped to 75# to finish. 
Rounds 3, 4 and 5, unbroken at 73#, got through 3 front squats on the 5th round. 
 
For the women who follow...I doubt it would have helped a great deal, but using the women's bar might have given me a better grip. Also, I should have worn my lifting shoes--this would have probably made me more comfortable on front squats. 
 
L-hangs with straight legs, but very un-L-ish
